School Assessment Irregularity Committee(SAIC)

The committee is comprised of two teachers, two deputy principals, the principal and a circuit manager.

It deals with irregularities about the examinations, from the setting of question papers, invigilation to the marking of scripts.

It ensures that the question paper have different kinds of questions, i.e lower, middle and higher questions or Bloom's taxonomy:
- Duration for writing the paper.
- Questions are correctly numbered.

During examinations the committee ensures that the invigilator is punctual. It also checks if the invigilator is moving around during his/her span of invigilation.

The committee deals with learners who are cheating(and/or copying) or attempting to cheat.

It lastly ensures that formal assessment given to learners is suitable for their grades.
